Free Range, Broiler, & Breeder Houses

Our in house design engineers provide a full service to include, base layouts for the civil engineering works, manufacturing drawings for each individual panel, detailed component cutting lists, resulting in a precision engineered building.

Wall and roof panels are prefabricated in our factory with moisture barrier and insulation factory fitted to insure maximum thermal efficiency is achieved and site waste is minimised.

A choice of external wall cladding are available from pressure treated TGV timber to low maintenance GRP cladding. Internal wall and ceiling cladding range from economy cement boards up to GRP hygiene boards.

Internal and external pop holes can be supplied in the panels with either manual or semi automatic opening. Windows can also be incorporated in the walls, with manual or semi automated shutters to comply the code for enriched broilers chicken.

Our poultry house designs are flexible to include signal tier or multi tier laying systems and house layouts can incorporate single or multi colonies. Ventilation can be fan or natural depending on the customers requirements.

With the majority of the components prefabricated off site, this enables our own specifically trained erecting crews to erect the building in a significantly reduced time from other suppliers which results in the house being brought into production much quicker.

Civil engineering for the ground works and base along with project management for the complete build can also be provided.
