News - Surfacing Division awarded M3 Surfacing Contract
 
The Clarke Group Surfacing Division have recently been awarded a subcontract for a section of the pavement works on the high profile new M3 Motorway.
The PPP motorway scheme extends from the end of the existing Clonee bypass to the Meath/ Cavan border. It also includes bypasses of Dunboyne, Dunshaughlin, Navan and Kells.
The project sees 61kms of new motorway and the contract for the Clarke Group is valued at approximately €16 Million. The main client completing the project is M3JV.
 
It is planned the new motorway will be completed by the Summer of 2010 and should greatly reduce travel time and traffic congestion traveling to and from Dublin.
